Lake Serena

This forty-two acre lake, fully stocked with bass, catfish, blue gill, white amur and croppie, has five miles of curving shoreline sure to lure in the fisherman or sailor.

Open Usage for Fishing & Boating

Lake Serena, is open to all Scottsdale Ranch residents for fishing and boating. Residents are required to submit a completed Lake Membership Card Application and stop by the SRCA office to receive their card. The membership card ensures staff and other residents that you are a valid resident of the Ranch permitted to use the lake. Lake memberships cards are required to be in possession of residents whenever enjoying the lake.

Boat Owners

All SRCA residents who own a boat whether it is a pontoon boat, row boat or even a kayak, must have a SRCA boat sticker issued by the SRCA administrative office. The Boat Sticker Application must be completed and submitted to the office. Boat stickers are available at the administrative office.

SRCA Boat Club

The Boat Club was reinstated in the fall of 2007 and is designed to allow all SRCA residents the free usage of a variety of recreational watercrafts. Residents can reserve any of our boats, free-of-charge with a minimum of 48 hours notice.

Boats currently available to rent are:

Two Passenger Kayak
Two Canoes
One Rowboat
Two Paddleboats

All reservations must comply with the SRCA Boat Club rules and all residents must complete the Boat Club Useage Agreement and provide a copy of the declaration page of their homeowners insurance.

Pontoon Boat Rides

SRCA offers the luxurious amenity of full-service pontoon boat rides and guided lake tours. The SRCA pontoon boat is available to rent everyday, 10:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. for $35 for a one hour ride and $50 for two hour rides. Reservations must be made at least 7 days in advance by calling the administrative office. Rental fees are based on the cost of gasoline and the operator. The boat accommodates up to 10 guests and a driver is provided by SRCA for liability reasons. To make reservations, call the administrative office at (480) 860-2022 and complete the Pontoon Rental Agreement.

Complimentary Boat Rides

SRCA residents are entitled to one complimentary pontoon boat ride every 24 months (2 yrs). Call the SRCA at (480) 860-2022 to schedule your ride and check availability. Rides can be scheduled Sunday thru Thursday from 10am to 7:30 pm and on Friday and Saturday from 10am to 4pm. Reservations are required a minimum of 7 days in advance. Complimentary boat rides are not available from Thanksgiving to New Years. Complete the Complimentary Pontoon Boat Agreement and submit the application to the administrative office when scheduling your free ride.
