Scottsdale Ranch History

Scottsdale Ranch Community Association was developed in 1984 by the developer, Markland Properties and has since become a premier and progressive residential community comprised of 3,938 residences, all reflecting one’s taste and individuality, from stately waterfront homes and spacious tennis-villas, to private patio homes, elegant townhomes, and spacious and friendly single-family homes.

The concept of this one-of-a-kind community was to promote unique lifestyle options and consistent architectural features within the 40 different sub-associations of Scottsdale Ranch.
