The Scottsdale Ranch Community Center, located at 10585 North 100th Street, houses the administrative office of the Community Association. Office hours are Monday thru Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Our phone line (480) 860-2022 is open from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m Monday thru Friday. Scottsdale Ranch Community Association employs an Executive Director who oversees an administrative staff of five plus an hourly workforce of twenty-two who maintain the 88 acres of common landscape areas,  the 42-acre lake and the Community Center.

The Scottsdale Ranch staff plays an vital role in the implementation of decisions of the Board and the administration of the services, programs and operations of the Scottsdale Ranch Community Association. Current services provided by SRCA management and staff are as follows: Enforcement of Rules and Regulations, Property Maintenance of Common Areas, Financial Administration, Implementation of Policies and Procedures, Asset Protection, Communications,  Social Events and Programs, Member Services, Architectural Review and Community liaison for various agencies.
